The service provider is a joint effort by The North Carolina Small Business Center Network at Rockingham Community College & Zibster. Both will be providing consultation to improve your business. Zibster will be developing a website on its all-in-one platform.

There will be an initial consultation, where their team gets to know you and your business. they will take your pictures and written content and help craft your story online. Next, they will educate how to use the tools and give you another consultation to help you understand how to utilize web marketing for your website and social media to drive customers to you.

Their website platform is free to you for the first 2 years. Which means to continue to have their support and access to the Zibster platform for your website after 2 years. you'll be responsible for ($300/annual).

You must be a business in Rockingham County of North Carolina and must apply with the Small Business Center to be considered.

The average time depends on how fast you want to go. If you have all your materials, content, images, and logos and fill out the survey and start the consultation, the faster their designers can work. It's better to be prepared. It takes longer if they have to wait for you to collect materials, so be prepared.
